Megha Talathi
Megha Talathi is the Senior Business Development Manager at Kovaion. With more than a decade of experience, Megha oversees a team of 5+ Enthusiastic and optimistic sales professionals. She manages a vast portfolio of Oracle Consulting – HR & ERP Applications and Emerging Technologies – AI ML, PowerBI & RPA from sales perspective.
Megha joined Kovaion in 2016 and she is one its youngest leadership team members. At Kovaion, she is known for her excellent analytical mindset and high-level performance under pressure. Megha is skilled at developing and maintaining client relationships and nurturing strong customer relations to generate repeat business.
She is Oracle Sales Certified and scaling up the business of Kovaion every year with her unmatched efforts. Before joining Kovaion, Megha worked at Talent Bazaar in the Business Development team. She completed her Master’s in HE & Marketing from KC College, Mumbai.
Megha is an organized and sensible individual who enjoys staying in touch with friends and family. She is also a fitness enthusiast and loves Yoga, Zumba, and Running.
