Mahendran S
Mahendran S is the AVP of Human Resources & Administration at Kovaion and is responsible for people management practices including talent management and acquisition, leadership development, and creating a high-performance culture in the office. Along with these responsibilities, he heads the organization in Finance & Legal Vertical by extending his role.
Mahendran holds more than 18 years of experience in customer handling in various industries including IT & ITES. Prior to this role, he was the Regional Customer Service Manager at leading Mobile Communication and Consumer Electronics companies where he was responsible for contributing to the productivity and initiatives with a focus on change management, business excellence, and transformation.
Mahendran started at Kovaion as Delivery Manager in 2013 and his journey to become AVP is just phenomenal. During his stint, Kovaion has undergone a lot of HR Transformation and he handled the pandemic period well by rolling out amiable policies benefitting to employees so that as a company we can retain our so-called Assets – our employees.
He has been instrumental in growing Kovaion from a 2-digit people strength startup to a 200+ strong Oracle powerhouse. When not at work, Mahendran loves to listen to Indian music and watch movies of all genres. He enjoys long drives and never gets tired in driving seat.
