Prince2 Practitioner and have extensive experience in Agile execution, product consulting, client engagements, and quality auditing.
Prasanna has more than 18 years of IT industry experience and service transformations with expertise in building high-performance teams for delivery involving multi-sites and multi-geography. She started her journey at Kovaion in 2016. At Kovaion, she is well-known for delivery excellence, pre-sales, and innovations across Oracle PeopleSoft, Oracle HCM/ERP Cloud, and OCI engagements.
Over the years, she has been recognized as a highly acclaimed Transformation Leader and turnaround architect, with significant experience in leveraging emerging technologies across industry verticals like Telecom, Automobile, IT/ITES, Hi-Tech, BFSI, Staffing, and Education. Prior to joining Kovaion, Prasanna worked in a Tier-I organization and has hands-on experience in executing Digital transformation programs for multiple customers.
She has strong policy and process compliance experience in managing customers across industries. When not in the office, one can find Prasanna indulging in Yoga & Fitness Activities. Adding more, she enjoys dancing.
