As a Founder & Director of Kovaion, Nanda Kumar’s major focus is driving continued improvement in financial and operational performance whilst enhancing employee and customer satisfaction levels.
An Engineer by qualification, he began his first job in a Tier-I IT organization where he gained vast domain knowledge in solving complicated modern business problems. After working for more than half a decade as Software Consultant, his idea of innovating new technologies by placing him in the customers’ shoes triggered of Launching Kovaion.
Nanda Kumar founded Kovaion in 2009 with a vision to develop solutions that would transform global business operations forever. As a successful entrepreneur and experienced technology executive, he understands the key to helping clients is a mix of digital transformation, strategy innovation, and constant learning.
He is a positive thinker and doer of what he believes in. With a vision to explore and capture global markets, he established the UK entity first and succeeded by acquiring the European Market. He is responsible for the global P&L and strategy of the organization in addition growth, customer success and employee experience.
Nanda is a person of few words and leads by his actions. At Kovaion, he is renowned as Mr. Endurance unanimously. He can be found Running in the track when he’s not working. He is an avid marathoner who enjoys running for long distances meanwhile loves socializing with friends, and family in his leisure time.
