What You’ll Do
- Own the field! Identify, pitch, and onboard event organizers, clubs, athletes, and corporates
- it the ground running with field visits and on-ground client meetings
- Bring Sportzia to life through offline marketing campaigns and local activations
- Build lasting relationships with clients to drive retention and repeat business
- Be the face of Sportzia at flagship events like the Kovai Marathon (and other city events)
- Source and close sponsorships for Sportzia-hosted marathons & sporting events
- Negotiate, close deals, and consistently crush your monthly sales targets
- Share market insights to help shape product & marketing strategies
- Keep CRM updates tight with accurate sales pipelines & client interactions
What We’re Looking For
- 3–6 years of solid field sales experience (NGOs, JustDial, Insurance, Retail, Events, etc.)
- Hustler mindset—ready to build markets from scratch
- Sports enthusiast/sportsperson who lives and breathes the game
- Thick skin—comfortable with rejections and bouncing back stronger
- Experience in offline marketing and event promotions
- Excellent communicator and natural relationship-builder
- Loves travel, flexible with working weekends, and thrives in fast-paced environments
- Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience
